By using the Sudabus.com platform or Application or any application or service associated with the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform or its services.

Important Note: This is a commercial/operational draft and is not a substitute for a legal review by a lawyer in Sudan, particularly regarding liability, refunds, electronic payments, data protection, and jurisdiction. As the current website already displays a link to "Terms of Use" in its footer, the text above can serve as a basis for replacing or updating the existing terms page. ([https://sudabus.com][1])

If you wish, I can also draft a Privacy Policy and a Refund & Cancellation Policy using the same professional wording, ready to be added to Sudabus.
